OUT BACK CUBBY Back in 1987 a couple of kids asked their dad to build them a Cubby House for their backyard. The children were very excited about their Cubby and quickly invited all of the neighborhood children around to play in it.Soon after, parents of these children started visiting as they too had heard about the wonderful Cubby house down the road and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. These parents soon started asking if they too could have one built, just like the one that had become so popular amongst all of the children. There began a part-time hobby for this handy dad and as the stories of the Cubby House spread around the neighborhood, so too did the orders. More and more people heard wanted a Cubby house for their kids in their backyard.
